International Vice-Chancellor of International Affairs meeting with the Network of Women Scientist of Islamic World
On Saturday, 01/01/2022, a meeting was held in the presence of the International Vice President and the Director of Vice-Chancellor of International Affairs meeting with the Network of Women Scientist of Islamic World.
In this meeting, Dr. Sharif Kashani, Vice Chancellor for International Affairs, Dr. Haeri, Advisor to the President of the University, Dr. Okhotian, Director of International Accreditation and Ranking, Dr. Mahroozadeh, Director of the Network and Dr. Pakiari, Vice Chancellor for Science and Dr. Mahmoudi, Vice Chancellor for Research of the Women Scientists Network of the Islamic World International Relations Development and Dr. Ghasemi, Deputy Public Relations Officer, were present.
At first, Dr. Sharif Kashani, while welcoming and expressing satisfaction with the meeting, stated that the purpose of the meeting was to identify women scientists in the Islamic world in the first stage and then to expand scientific-educational and research activities with these people.
Then, Dr. Mahroozadeh spoke about the history of the establishment and formation of the network and its goals and actions, and expressed satisfaction with the university's attention to the category of female scientists.
After that, Dr. Haeri, while pointing to the scientific and educational capabilities of the university, explained the methods of attracting and cooperating with specialist women from other countries.
Dr. Akhovtian then explained the common areas of cooperation by explaining the possibilities and goals of the International Deputy.
At the end of preparing a joint memorandum to start formal bilateral cooperation was on the agenda of the next meeting.
